We had a 2 hour session with Make-up artist Mirijana Vasovic, where she done a demo on how to create the perfect lip application using a difficult and unusual colour such as blue and then also showed us a blown out/smokey eye. To create the blue lip she done this very quickly and taught us the importance of creating a lip look fast as if working on a catwalk show, and done her lip look in a matter of not even 5 minutes with it looking perfect in application. After this she went on to create a blown out smokey eye, this was not your ordinary blown out smokey eye, this was a smokey eye not using the majority of eye products and exploring using products that were not created or meant to be so called used on the eyes but can be by just experimenting with the products you have and not just sticking to a product because it says it should be used on the eyes or lips.

After having the demo with Mirijana we then got to choose to either create a quick smokey eye or to create a quick lip look making it as perfect as we could in a given time frame which was about 10 minutes. I choose to do a lip look as lips are not always my strongest point and it can take me quite a while to get a lip perfect so though i would challenge myself in creating a dark lip in a matter of a few minutes to see how it turned out. The end results were better than I expected the lip was not perfect but for creating it in the time frame it was not bad.
